The Y-mAbs Connect team can help you understand your insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs for DANYELZA

  • Case managers can provide information to your doctor regarding prior authorization and/or the appeals requirement for your insurance company 
  • Our dedicated team can provide information about a variety of financial assistance programs that may be available to help you fill your prescription view

Note: If you are prescribed DANYELZA, your doctor can complete the Y-mAbs Connect Enrollment Form with you and return it by fax or mail. Fax or mail contact information can be found on the enrollment form. A Y-mAbs Connect case manager will contact you once you have been enrolled.
