Y-mAbs Connect Co-pay Program

If you have commercial or private insurance, you may be eligible* for the Co-pay Program. This program could help reduce out-of-pocket costs of DANYELZA to $0 for eligible patients.

Patients must be enrolled in Y-mAbs Connect for this program. Eligibility criteria include but are not limited to patients who have commercial or private insurance, are U.S. or U.S. territory residents, and are actively insured at time of treatment. Government- or publicly-insured patients are not eligible.

Get started by enrolling in Y-mAbs Connect

If you are prescribed DANYELZA, your doctor can complete the Y-mAbs Connect Enrollment Form with you and return it by fax, mail, or email.* A Y-mAbs Connect case manager will contact you once you have been enrolled.

Y-mAbs Connect case managers can provide

  • Conduct a benefits investigation to help understand your patient’s insurance coverage for DANYELZA® (naxitamab-gqgk)
  • Provide prior authorization (PA) and appeals information
  • Determine your patient’s eligibility for Y-mAbs Connect financial support programs
  • Provide information on third-party organizations that may be able to provide financial or logistical support for your patient
  • Address logistical questions around distribution and delivery of DANYELZA

Insurance and reimbursement support

Benefits investigation

Case managers can conduct a benefits investigation to help understand your patient’s insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs for DANYELZA.

Prior authorization support

Case managers can work with your patient’s insurer to determine PA requirements and track the progress of the PA outcome.

Appeals support

If your patient’s PA is denied, case managers can work with your patient’s insurer to determine the requirements for an appeal and track progress of appeals submission.

Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)

The Y-mAbs FRM is your liaison to Y-mAbs Connect in matters related to insurance and reimbursement.

The FRM can answer any relevant questions prior to and along the benefits investigation, PA, and appeals process. Any billing, coding, and reimbursement-related questions can also be directed towards the FRM.

Getting started

Steps to getting your patient started on DANYELZA:

Y-mAbs Connect can provide access and reimbursement support for qualified patients prescribed DANYELZA.
Patient-unique ID is needed to order DANYELZA through the SD.

Enroll your patient in Y-mAbs Connect prior to ordering DANYELZA

Product distribution

DANYELZA is distributed to infusion sites through a limited specialty distributor network.
